Give your child the gift of confidence and the joy of cooking! Our culinary program offers hands-on cooking lessons for budding young chefs. We learn more than how to follow a recipe at Lil’ Chef School. We utilize math, science, teamwork, creativity, and more. Children learn the world's cuisines and enhance their experience with fruits, vegetables, herbs & spices while gaining confidence and experience in the kitchen that will last them a lifetime. Children will make 2 recipes each week and will get a tasting of the food they made at the end of class. Recipes are provided online.

Gingerbread Cookies This course is for the Lil’ Chefs, ages 3-5, who still need an adult by their side. This hands-on cooking class allows adults to assist their little ones in measuring dry and wet ingredients. Each adult has the choice to cook alongside their child or help, depending on their age and capabilities. We start with baking recipes where they will learn how to measure dry ingredients and mix various batters. We will decorate gingerbread cookies. Ages: 3-5 (older kids are welcome)

This monthly class specializes in teaching basic pastry & baking techniques, including creaming, folding, whisking/beating, cutting in, kneading, and sifting. We also teach how to measure properly and the difference between measuring dry and wet ingredients. We create everything from scratch, and tastings are always included. Christmas Goodies Menu Wk 1: Garlic and Cheese Stromboli with Homemade Fudge Wk 2: Santa’s Trash Cookies with Gingerbread Cookies Ages can vary depending on the simplicity or complexity of the workshop's menu. Typically, ages are 5 and up, but often include 4-year-olds as well.

Our Baking Workshops are back! Come bake with us and whip up some fun in our cool kitchens. This course is for the Lil’ Chefs who love sushi and want to learn how to make the perfect sushi roll.
