Join our exciting Level 1 All-Star Cheer Team, led by Hi-Five Cheer Director Coach Kahla and her incredible coaching staff! This team is perfect for athletes ready to step into the world of competitive cheer while building a strong foundation of skills in a positive and motivating environment. Athletes will focus on Level 1 tumbling, including cartwheels, round-offs, and walkovers, while also learning the fundamentals of stunting, jumps, motions, and performance. The season will include progression as we go towards level 2 skills such as round off back handspring, standing back tuck, back walkover tucks, and layouts. Drills and skills will be designed to progress each cheerleader towards greatness. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, technique, confidence, and commitment as athletes work together to build routines and grow throughout the season. -included in this package are elective drop-ins and make ups to any movement studio recreational class upon weekly availability by emailing movementstudio@hifivesports.com. Also free membership to all weekly movement studio open gyms throughout the 2026-2027 season. There are no refunds or credits for missed classes or absences. Please email before the start of class to let us know for staffing purposes.

This is open gym play time including bubble/gymbo time. One class pass per child (can also use as a make-up class). Members with monthly memberships are discounted. $10 per visit.

We boogie down with our babies, get up and dance, give them baby massages, sing them songs, and explore new physical challenges every week through teacher-led activities on the equipment. Explore tummy time from a new perspective or on a new texture, slide down slides on soft lambskins, or take a ride in a gentle swing! Play as a group and socialize with others! Sing songs, learn a routine, and PLAY! Sibling Policy: Infants are welcome in class when brought in a carrier to allow the caregiver both hands free to help the older child. Mobile siblings should not be brought to class. Siblings under 13 yrs old are not allowed in class. Ask about our Family classes or Open Gym times designed for siblings who are crawling - 5 years old.
