Independent exploration time in our award winning gym with one-of-a-kind, clean, ever-changing playscapes - propriety to Gymboree only! Caregiver/child interactive - spend quality time with your little one as they learn through PLAY! This activity is not teacher led.

Alice is so excited to offer classes this Fall at We Rock the Spectrum! Music with Alice, a 30-40 minute family music class, welcomes babies, toddlers and preschoolers along with their parents, grandparents and caregivers to come together every week to sing together! These special classes will include an hour of gym time at We Rock the Spectrum (built in to the price of each class.) *Siblings under 1 years of age are free! Please just let me know you are bringing them! * **Babies under 1 that come alone MUST register.** ***WRTS gym members can request a code to deduct the cost of the open gym.*** These classes are highly engaging to all ages, as Alice teaches everyone finger play activities, hand movements, lap songs, call and response singing and a big jam at the end with shakers and kids instruments.* (*Participants are encouraged to bring their own instruments to class) Each class is full of music from the folk tradition that are so simple with lyrics and movements easy enough for both baby, toddler, and adult to learn. These classes have a flow that allows quiet soothing and also lots of movement and big fun! These classes encourage bonding and create special memories that will last forever after the class. We believe that all children should experience authentic music making which will increase the whole family’s musical confidence and give them a healthy relationship to music at an early age.

Art returns to Gymboree!!!! Make colorful memories in the Gymboree Art Studio. Where they are: All children benefit from a space to be creative. Children are eager to explore different mediums, textures, and ways to express themselves. What to expect in class: Sculpt with a giant block of clay, design a family tree, paint a mural or make a creation of your very own. Benefits: Physical: Working with different textures supports sensory input, fine motor, and gross motor skills. Cognitive: Creating your own work supports confidence and problem-solving skills. Social: Not only are children learning social skills by sharing a work space and creating with others, they are also able to express themselves through another outlet before they have the verbal capacity to do so. Adults: Get uninterrupted time with your little one; watch them create and play! Monthly membership includes unlimited open gyms! 5 and 10 class passes accepted but advanced reservations are required.

New format! Designed as an open play and games time for kids ages 7 to 12 who are interested in exploratory play with friends. Our coaches provide structure and support for kids to learn social skills and play skills all while having the time of their lives with friends in our 8,000 square foot playground. Participants can expect to play co-operative games, build forts, practice parkour challenges, and much more. Each week will be filled with learning and joy and will be different from the last. Games Open Gym is a great opportunity to children to practice creativity and problem solving in a supportive environment as they work with coaches to learn games and enjoy active free play!
