Alice is so excited to offer classes this Fall at We Rock the Spectrum! Music with Alice, a 30-40 minute family music class, welcomes babies, toddlers and preschoolers along with their parents, grandparents and caregivers to come together every week to sing together! These special classes will include an hour of gym time at We Rock the Spectrum (built in to the price of each class.) *Siblings under 1 years of age are free! Please just let me know you are bringing them! * **Babies under 1 that come alone MUST register.** ***WRTS gym members can request a code to deduct the cost of the open gym.*** These classes are highly engaging to all ages, as Alice teaches everyone finger play activities, hand movements, lap songs, call and response singing and a big jam at the end with shakers and kids instruments.* (*Participants are encouraged to bring their own instruments to class) Each class is full of music from the folk tradition that are so simple with lyrics and movements easy enough for both baby, toddler, and adult to learn. These classes have a flow that allows quiet soothing and also lots of movement and big fun! These classes encourage bonding and create special memories that will last forever after the class. We believe that all children should experience authentic music making which will increase the whole family’s musical confidence and give them a healthy relationship to music at an early age.

Join us for our special Open Gym story time followed by free play! Children will read stories with a teacher, bubbles and parachute time followed by 30 min of free play on the gym floor. (Note Storytime is only during Sunday Open Gym Open Gym on other days is free play)

Included with any enrollment. *Prime Time spots currently have to be limited to one per week to give everyone a chance to book. Open gym and tricking time for those curious about parkour and our currently enrolled parkour athletes. Teens and adults welcome. Ages 12 and up only. No experience is necessary. First timers welcome. Our coaches take an active role in you or your child's time here, offering challenges, teaching new moves, and having fun playing active games.

Spend quality time with them doing what they love to do, and mostly run out some energy! *Play Rules* - Arrive 5-10 minutes early for checking in. - 1 adult and 1 child for each class reservation. - Food & drinks are not allowed in class. - Adults are required to wear socks. - Children should go barefoot. - Only bring healthy children to class. *Note: Cancellation or reschedule must be made 24 hours before the start of the class to get a refund.
