Join our exciting Level 1 All-Star Cheer Team, led by Hi-Five Cheer Director Coach Kahla and her incredible coaching staff! This team is perfect for athletes ready to step into the world of competitive cheer while building a strong foundation of skills in a positive and motivating environment. Athletes will focus on Level 1 tumbling, including cartwheels, round-offs, and walkovers, while also learning the fundamentals of stunting, jumps, motions, and performance. The season will include progression as we go towards level 2 skills such as round off back handspring, standing back tuck, back walkover tucks, and layouts. Drills and skills will be designed to progress each cheerleader towards greatness. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, technique, confidence, and commitment as athletes work together to build routines and grow throughout the season. -included in this package are elective drop-ins and make ups to any movement studio recreational class upon weekly availability by emailing movementstudio@hifivesports.com. Also free membership to all weekly movement studio open gyms throughout the 2026-2027 season. There are no refunds or credits for missed classes or absences. Hi-Flyers Recreational Cheer is a fun, high-energy class designed for athletes of all experience levels who want to build skills and confidence in cheerleading. The class will be divided into two sections—one for younger athletes and one for older athletes—so each participant can learn and progress at an age-appropriate pace. Participants will focus on the fundamentals of tumbling, stunting, jumps, and choreography, while also learning how to safely connect and “string together” tumbling passes. Extreme Acro & Tumbling is a fast-paced, high-energy class that blends the strength, flexibility, and balance of acro with the power and precision of tumbling. Level 2 All Star Cheer is designed for athletes who are ready to build on foundational skills and progress into more advanced technique, strength, and performance quality. This team focuses on mastering Level 2 tumbling, stunting, jumps, and choreography while emphasizing proper form, confidence, and teamwork. Practices are held Tuesdays from 6:00–7:30 PM and Saturdays from 10:30 AM–12:00 PM. Additional practices may be added throughout the season as needed at no extra cost to ensure athletes are fully prepared for performances and competitions. Throughout the season, athletes will follow a structured progression of skills and drills tailored to Level 2 requirements. This includes refining back walkovers, round-off back handsprings, and developing stronger connections and consistency in tumbling passes. Stunt work will advance to more complex extensions, transitions, and beginner-level release moves, all taught with a strong emphasis on safety and technique. Athletes will also focus on jump technique, flexibility, conditioning, and performance skills such as timing, expression, and confidence on the mat. Additional Fees throughout the year will include $275 (uniforms, practice wear, bows, warm-ups, etc.) $300 competition fees
