I have more than 15 years of experience as a Social Worker in Europe. Moreover, I love children and I like to take care of them. When there is more than one child, I can handle any situation that may arise between the kids. I am also willing to take the children outside, take them to the park so they can play, ride bikes, and have a good time. I like to help kids learn new things such as Math, Reading, Drawing, etc. In other words, I like to occupy them with fun and productive activities. I am also a very good cook, and I like to prepare different kinds of healthy snacks. I am comfortable changing diapers, giving children a shower or a bath, changing their clothes and helping them go to bed. I have computer literacy and speak Bulgarian, Russian and Romanian languages, as well. My experience as a babysitter in the United States includes: 1. Taking care of 3-year-old twins, brother and sister. For a year, my duties as a sitter were to play with them, feed them, change their diapers, give them baths, and put them to bed. 2. Taking care of two brothers, a 6-year-old boy and a 7-year-old boy, for eight months. The older boy had Autism and his care was more special.

I've always loved children & love teaching them. That's why In 2009 I graduated with High honors with an Associate degree in Arts, majoring in Ed./Spec. Ed. I was hired right after graduating in 2009 for Connecticut school system where I worked for 4 years. I then substituted for all Westerly Schools for two years. In 2014 I took a position watching a 6-month-old boy until he was 3 1/2. Then watched a 2-month-old girl for over a year until family moved. Currently with infant for a year. With all we'd go to the park, library, zoo &many other educational venues. I also like to sing, read&go for long walks with the kiddos. I enjoy watching them reach milestones &grow and develop into a beautiful little people! I'm always willing to stay late or do extra to help in anyway that I can & happy to do it! I'm there to focus on the physical & mental developments of Your child &to help you in anyway I can. I'm dedicated , punctual,& loyal and you Can count on me!

I cannot speak more highly of Laura. When I first spoke to Laura over the phone I got an immediate cozy vibe and asked her to come to our home the very next day. My kids (3 and 1) were drawn to her from the get-go and I trusted her the minute she walked in the door. She is incredibly skilled with small children and has taught me a lot of new parenting skills. As a teacher, mom, and caregiver with years of experience under her belt, Laura is a true Mary Poppins. She is constantly coming up with creative ways to keep my 3 yo entertained (reading, music, playing, coloring) while activities outside the home are limited, all the while giving my 1yo tons of attention and affection. It is not an easy gig managing two young kids who are not at a stage where they can do the same activities yet, and somehow Laura makes it look easy, always with a smile on her face. She is always on time and helps clean up, as well. She is the full package, a superstar!

Mary has been a part time nanny to our 10 month old baby boy since March 2020. She is easy to communicate with and responds quickly. She is flexible in the hours we need her to work based on our changing schedules. She sing songs with our son and takes him outside to play. Mary takes current Covid-19 precautions very seriously which is reassuring to my family. She also assists with putting away baby's laundry, preparing dinner, etc, which is very helpful. My son seems to enjoy his time with her which is most important to us. I would recommend Mary if you're looking for a good nanny!
