Suzi has worked with our family since the spring of 2019, helping us with the care of our two boys, ages one and four, on a part-time basis. There's a laundry list of adjectives that come to mind of her brilliance. She's friendly, gifted with endless patience, and very accommodating to our parental style. We found her communication to be open and easy to interact with. We could not be happier with our arrangement. Moreover, you'll never see her use TV or digital devices as "playtime activity". She's hand on, attentive, and has ample experience working with young kids and would be an asset for reasonably minded parents. Our only regret is that we did not find her sooner.

Donna has been our full-time nanny for the past nine months. Words cannot express how much we love her! The only reason that Donna is leaving is that I will no longer be working outside of the home. Donna joined us when our son was nine months old and the support she has given him/us immeasurable. Within the first couple of weeks, he was able to hold his own bottle and transition to sippy cups and make huge strides in his oral language development due to the wonderful stimulation that Donna provided. Our son lights up when she arrives each morning and hugs her every evening before she leaves. Donna showers him with affection and gets right on the floor and plays with him all day long. They have an incredible bond and we have complete trust in her which is why she will continue to babysit for us during date nights, etc. I'm an elementary school principal and have extremely high standards for people that are around kids, much less mine, and Donna far exceeds those standards.
