Health and well-being will always be my top priorities in childcare. I believe in supporting the developmental aspects of children while offering a caring and supportive attitude. I strongly encourage "pretend-play" and use of imagination in children to develop their creative thinking and problem-solving skills. My experience as a childcare provider spans over the last 10 years. I have worked for both families with multiple children, as well as families that have a single child; their ages ranging from newborns to preteens. My past duties have included food preparation, laundry, dishes, organizing, reading, supervising outdoor activities, arts & crafts, daytime outings, bathing, diaper changes, and potty training. I'm currently a graduate student in UCF's Mental Health Counseling Program. When I am not working or studying, I enjoy spending my free time drawing, painting, reading, playing chess, playing the cello, doing yoga, riding my bike and playing with my Goldendoodle.

Cara is a kind and caring nanny. She communicates well and has carried out our schedule to a t. She takes the boys to and from school, and has done lots of fun activities with them as well. At home, she plays with the boys, does arts and crafts and also helps us to work on their manners and chores. We would rehire Cara in a heartbeat if scheduling allowed. She has wonderful with our wild toddler boys.
