Hey there, my name is Grace. I am a mother of twin 5-year-old boys, which is the greatest source of joy in my life! I have always loved taking care of kiddos, which has enabled me to babysit since I was a young teenager. I professionally started nannying after being a SAHM for the first three years of my sons' lives. I am also a college student, going for my Early Childhood Special Education degree. Over the last few years I have worked with all ages and types of families as my family and I have traveled. I have worked with special needs children, school age, as well as the majority being infants and toddlers. I live for adventures so naturally I feel that experiences and hands on learning for children is most important for them at a young age; these activities include hiking, biking, the park, play dates, story time, and doing art projects. In my free time I enjoy fitness, being outdoors, and traveling.

Where do I even start to describe our Gracie!?!?! We love her so much. Any family that hires her, will be so glad they did. She took care of our daughter from when she was 3 months old until she was 16 months old and she did so like she was her own! Our little girl loved their play dates, story time at the library, jaunts to the park and general goofiness around the house. Gracie not only helped us with L., but she helped us become better parents than we could imagine. One of our favorite Gracie attributes is her ability to communicate. You won't have to worry whether there are any awkward feelings or feel weird asking her to do things a certain way. She will fully communicate with you until everybody is happy. Gracie was also so helpful around the house (she lived with us). She would help clean, cook, grocery shop, tidy up and anything else a great roommate would do. We absolutely loved living with her and she made us laugh daily. Call if you would like to discuss!

Professional Nanny

After raising two amazing children of my own, and a long career as a hair stylist( which I had to leave due to chemical allergies), I answered an ad in 2013 to be a nanny for a 3-month-old little girl. I was her nanny until she started daycare when she was 26-months-old. During that time I was also part of a nanny share with another family with a 6-month-old little boy and his 3-year-old brother. I love being a nanny and helping families, and enjoy all aspects of child care and development! I then opened a daycare in my home in March, 2017. I was at full capacity within 1 month! While challenging, I thoroughly enjoyed caring for six kiddos from 6 months to 4 years. This last spring, we sold our home and moved to the wonderful city of Nashville! Since arriving I have worked for two families with infants in a nanny share. I'm most passionate about caring for infants. Specifically, I'm adept at working with parents to establish a healthy eat, play, and sleep pattern for their babies.

Lori has been such a blessing to our family for the last 9 months. She has cared for my now 16 month old daughter and really helped me learn how to be a new Mom. Lori has always been punctual and dependable and more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure that my daughter was happy, healthy and loved. We will miss Lori terribly but we know that she will find a great family .

Nashville Nanny

Hello all! My name is Rae and I am 23 years old currently in college going to school for nursing. Though nursing is 100% my passion, my first love has always been childcare and every chance I get I seize the opportunity to do so whether that be with babysitting or paid childcare for events. Though I have just started nannying as a full-time job, I've also had opportunities for one time babysitting opportunities, (including overnight) and have worked for my church for their paid childcare since I was 16 years old. Every babysitting Job I've had the privilege of working, I've taken away something the kids have taught me. They crave to be loved, they want to be seen and heard, and they desire to learn and seek adventure. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile and I hope to speak with you soon!

Rae was our nanny for a few months and I couldn't have been happier. From the start, we knew that Rae was going to fit in with us perfectly and become more than just "nanny." She spoke our language!! She loved our babies fiercely, exhibited patience and kindness. She extended discipline when necessary, as we asked! As a mama, it's always hard to leave your little ones but Rae stood in the gap and made our journey into separation easier. I trust Rae to the upmost - she took the kids on outings to the zoo, story time, etc. It's nice to have someone in your stead that the kids can have fun with AND grow with. I would recommend Rae in a heartbeat!! Although we don't need a nanny anymore, we will still see Rae for date nights out, most definitely!
