About Erica

After living in Nashville, Tennessee for over 12 years, my next adventure takes me to Marietta, Ohio. I have enjoyed working as a nanny for nearly two decades. As a mature and experienced caregiver, I bring much wisdom to the family that I will have the good fortune of working with soon. My reviews will testify to my great work ethics, my moral character, and all the ways in which I interact with the children that will be under my loving care. I treat them as if they were my own and I work well with the parents, with honest and open communication as a top priority. Erica has been our full-time nanny for the last two years, and she has been awesome. She is full of energy, attentive and fun! She cared for our girls like her own and I knew they were always safe with her. Don't let her energy fool you though, she is a nanny who can teach in the moment and can handle challenging behavior from our kids. She demands respect and has done an awesome job reinforcing manners and acting kind. We are so sad that she is moving, but happy for her on her new adventure. I would absolutely recommend Erica, she is the best!
