About Erica

We’ve been working with Erica since September 2024, when our first child was 9 months old, and she has continued caring for our family through toddlerhood and now with our second child, who joined our family in November 2025. Having consistent, trusted support through both stages has meant so much to us. Finding the right caregiver for our family was not easy, especially in the early days with our first child. We experienced bottle refusal and separation anxiety, which made us especially cautious about who we trusted to provide care. From the very beginning, Erica stood out as someone who was calm, confident, and completely at ease with infants and toddlers. She remains steady and reassuring, even in moments when babies are fussy or having a hard time settling, and she brings a calming presence that both children respond to really well. We always felt confident in her ability to care for our infant, which gave us a huge sense of peace during a stage that otherwise felt stressful and unpredictable. When our second child arrived, Erica’s transition into caring for both children was seamless. What could have easily felt overwhelming has consistently felt smooth and well-managed under her care. She is often able to get both kids fed, bathed, and down for bed faster than we can, all while keeping them calm and happy. Most importantly, Erica has become a trusted and valued part of our family’s routine. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found her and are grateful for the consistency, care, and expertise she brings every week.
