Join us for the first ever Polaris Youth Open gym! Ages 7-12 can come explore our brand new wooden jungle, practice parkour, and play some games! Come and see what we've built so far! Coach Adelina, Coach Maddy and Coach Noah will be there to introduce youth to the space and teach anything and everything they might want to work on. Parents are welcome to stay and watch.

Bring in ONLY your non-mobile or crawling babies to enjoy an Open Gym for non-walkers ONLY. You are welcome to stay for our regular Open Gym until 5pm Included in Memberships. All others must purchase an Open Gym Pass:

For our elite gymnasts ready to take their skills to the next level. This performance team offers a challenging and rewarding environment for those passionate about advancing in gymnastics. -included in this package are elective drop-ins and make ups to any movement studio recreational class upon weekly availability by emailing movementstudio@hifivesports.com. Also free membership to all weekly movement studio open gyms throughout the 2026-2027 season. There are no refunds for missed classes or absences. Please email before the start of class to let us know for staffing purposes. No credits or refunds will be issued for missed classes, make-ups only. No Class 10/2 and 11/27
