Now that your child has increased his or her language skills, experienced high/low, has marched to the steady beat, and has the rhythm all inside, let's apply those concepts directly to the piano! We will learn the scale, listen to famous composers and famous piano pieces, make music with sound stories, learn musical terms, strengthen our fingers, work on proper posture and hand position, learn quarter notes and half notes, and letters C,D,E all before private music lessons begin! Melody Makers is a solid foundation for piano or private music instruction! Plus, everything is better with new friends! Classes are 1 hour long each week. The last 15-20 minutes is with parents, helping you understand what they need to practice at home.  In addition to the tuition in the schedule below, a $35 charge for books and notebook will be paid in person at the first class.  FREE Classes: Monday January 12 at 2 and 5 p.m. FREE Class: Friday, January 16 at 5:30 p.m. Classes begin Monday January 26 and Friday January 30 as per the schedule below. RCA STUDIO B Walk in the footsteps of legends with a tour of the Historic RCA Studio B. Hear inside details from famous recording sessions, learn about the timeless tools of the trade (from microphones and recording consoles to a Steinway piano that Elvis favored), and hear hits in high-fidelity, right where they were born.
