You will learn how to become a defensive stopper and rebounding machine. You will learn the critical components of basketball IQ required to become a great offensive player from an individual and team aspect. Extended Care: Extended care is available during the following time periods: 8-9 am and 12-1 pm at $65 per hour for five days per week or fewer. You may also customize your extended care schedule at $17 per hour or portion of an hour for one or more days. Coordinate your extended care needs with The Marvegos before attending and notify the teacher of your needs on the first day of camp. Get ready to flip higher, tumble harder, and cheer louder in our Cheer Tumble Elite class—designed for athletes who are ready to take their skills to the next level! This high-energy class dives into advanced cheer technique, focusing on powerful tumbling like back handsprings and back tucks. Athletes will fine-tune their form, timing, and control through drills that challenge strength, flexibility, and confidence—all led by our experienced Cheer Director. Expect personalized coaching, lots of encouragement, and major progress! We’ll also introduce intermediate cheer stunting, including preps, extensions, and basic stunt sequences. Athletes will work in groups to safely practice lifting, basing, and spotting—building strength, trust, and teamwork in a dynamic, supportive environment. To celebrate their hard work, athletes will have the opportunity to shine in a performance or showcase—details will be shared later in the session!
