For over 30 years, TLC has been the leader in household staffing and personal care services. We are seeking reliable, dependable caregivers that enjoy working with all ages (children and seniors) and are comfortable with household pets of all sizes. These positions require flexibility, good communication skills and the ability to work independently. A typical day is 8-10 hours. The start and end times of the job are determined by each families needs, but anywhere from 6:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. is typical (most will be between 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m.). Evenings and weekends are rarely requested. Applicants that are not available for at least 2-3 days during the week (M-F days) will not be considered. Jobs pay a minimum of $14/hour, all jobs have a 4 hour minimum. A full list of our requirements can be found with our application at tlcforkids.com. Please note, you must have a car to drive to and from the job, you must be able to provide a minimum of 3 child or elder care references that are not related to you, and you must have a clean background check. CPR and First Aid certification for all ages will also be expected before being offered assignments. Many of our clients have a pet in their home, so you must be comfortable with dogs and cats of all sizes.
