Fun, Energetic, Experienced, Male Babysitter

Hi, I'm James! I am originally from Fargo, ND but have lived in Orlando for two years now. When I was 11 years old I became "babysitter certified" as well as certified in CPR and first aid, and I have been babysitting ever since. I have cared for children ranging in age from newborn to 14 years old. I have taken care of up to 6 children at a time of varying ages and I have always felt comfortable with the energy and effort it takes to take care of all of them. Kids tend to love me as well, and on multiple occasions I have heard from parents that their kids beg to have me back. While in Florida, I did the Disney College Program and worked at Animal Kingdom for 9 months, moved to a charter school for kids with special needs as an assistant teacher for 6 months and YMCA Learning Center for 12 months, and now work at an ABA behavior therapy center as a Registered Behavior Technician full time. I also maintain a current CPR/First Aid certification. I can't wait to meet you and your kids!

James was amazing with my two kids. two year old daughter and 6 year old son. he hired him as we where visiting Orlando and needed a sitter for a event we needed to attend. he came to our hotel room and watched kids in room. by the time we returned at 11pm both kids were fast asleep after having a blast with him! definitely would recommend and hire again when in town.

Fun Occasional Babysitter Wants To Help You!

Avg response < 16 hrs
8 years ago I started working as a camp counselor. I have been a volunteer coach of a Basketball Camp, all boys ages 6-15, for 8 years and I can't get enough, I love being around kids and teaching them new basketball skills and the value of teamwork. I have received coach of the year every year and also take my team to the playoffs every year! I've also worked in the Camp for one year teaching basketball to boys and girls. I have a passion for sports, I love the outdoors and animals. I have assisted my mom, who is a principal, in the classroom, so I can also be a great tutor. I have 2 younger siblings that have taught me the proper way to color in a coloring book, and how to make the perfect Mac and cheese! So look no further, I'm here to the rescue!

In the ten years that I have known Yazmin I have always known her to be an amazing individual. She is driven, self-motivated, honest, and a genuinely kindhearted person. She works great with children of all ages and needs and she works just as well with animals. Yazmin has a heart of gold and spreads positivity throughout everyone she meets, encouraging to do good onto others and to always better themselves. If you get the opportunity to meet this amazing individual and her beautiful personality you won't be disappointed in choosing her to care for your loved ones.

Babysitter Or Nanny Available

Health and well-being will always be my top priorities in childcare. I believe in supporting the developmental aspects of children while offering a caring and supportive attitude. I strongly encourage "pretend-play" and use of imagination in children to develop their creative thinking and problem-solving skills. My experience as a childcare provider spans over the last 10 years. I have worked for both families with multiple children, as well as families that have a single child; their ages ranging from newborns to preteens. My past duties have included food preparation, laundry, dishes, organizing, reading, supervising outdoor activities, arts & crafts, daytime outings, bathing, diaper changes, and potty training. I'm currently a graduate student in UCF's Mental Health Counseling Program. When I am not working or studying, I enjoy spending my free time drawing, painting, reading, playing chess, playing the cello, doing yoga, riding my bike and playing with my Goldendoodle.

Cara is a kind and caring nanny. She communicates well and has carried out our schedule to a t. She takes the boys to and from school, and has done lots of fun activities with them as well. At home, she plays with the boys, does arts and crafts and also helps us to work on their manners and chores. We would rehire Cara in a heartbeat if scheduling allowed. She has wonderful with our wild toddler boys.
