Hi there, 
I am a part time office manager at a functional therapy office I graduated from Ball State University with a BFA in Musical Theater. I was a children's activities cast member at World resorts for 2. 5 years. I am the oldest of four children. I work well with shy kids, being one myself before moving around (I was a military brat) and doing theater brought me out of my shell. I also love to work with the outgoing, spunky kids as well. I aim to be patient, kind, and fun with everything I do.

I am available Friday nights, Saturdays, and Sundays for Care. Occasionally, I can make other nights work as well. At this time, I can only take on occasional or one-time opportunities.

Emily was absolutely a blessing for us this weekend. She made such an impact on our little one in the first few hours he woke up asking for her the next morning.  Her theatrical experience made it easy to connect with him, her experience made us feel comfortable and she was so sweet to be available for our strange schedule.  10/10 recommend. 

Emily has been a true blessing to our family. We've been working with her for over a year and she has always been fantastic. She is personable, friendly, reliable, honest, and trustworthy. We have no family in the US and had a baby during the pandemic, without her we would not be able to enjoy nights out with peace of mind. I would recommend Emily 100%.

Emily is fantastic! She has been with our family for over a year, watching our two little ones, who are 5 and 7.  Emily is warm, caring, trustworthy, hands on, and fun. Our kids look forward to spending time with her and it gives us peace of mind knowing she’s taking such great care of them. Emily is professional and very communicative, giving updates all along the way. We highly recommend her!

Emily will not cooperate in providing information for tax expense purposes. Does not provide social to accountant for child care expense deduction. Otherwise, she was good and dependable. Did great with our older son, struggled with newborn.

Emily was a huge blessing to us on our vacation to Disney World. We hired her in February to help keep our 2 year old throughout our vacation, in the parks and at the resort. She was always easy to contact and sent us updates and  pictures while they were together.  One of the days, she had all three of our boys while we had a date night.  She did well with meal times and was able to get our son to sleep with no problems. She knew all the best places to go and things to do to entertain our toddler and allow him to have an awesome time.  Emily is kind, very down to earth, and amazing with children, and we would highly recommend her to any family.  We hope she stays put in the Orlando area so we can have her be apart of our Disney vacations in the future!

Emily was a last minute hire to accompany us to the park for our family's first Disney trip. I wish I had thought of it sooner, because I would have booked her to accompany us every single day. The best way to sum it up would be, it was the most well spent splurge of our entire trip. That is really saying something, because there were MANY splurges during our stay at Disney. 
Emily was extremely knowledgeable about all the inner workings of the park and the day she was with us was by far the most efficient and less stressful. She had so many fun facts and suggestions for things to do that we would have never known about. 
It's been almost two weeks since we have been home and my kids really miss her & continuously ask about her. 
We thought our trip to Disney World would be a one off because of all the complicated planning that is involved, but now that we found Emily, I find myself considering another visit to the park under the condition that we hire her to come with us each day!

Our family had the pleasure of getting to know and hiring Emily this past January. She took excellent care of our 15 month old and our 4 year old while mommy and daddy spent the evening out. Emily was punctual and an excellent communicator, and even flexible when our plans changed. She sent photos of our boys and spoiled them with treats and pool time ;). She also handled bath time and bedtime smoothly-which says a lot of her abilities with two rambunctious boys! We could not recommend Emily enough!

We absolutely LOVE Emily. We hired her as a nanny for our then 1 and 3 year olds. She was our nanny until we were ready to put our son in VPK and our daughter in preschool. Emily is extremely reliable, which was so important to us since we are both front line healthcare workers. Our kids are now 3 and 5 and though we no longer have a nanny, we still call on her for babysitting. She is so loving with our kids, while still able to be firm and set boundaries appropriately. She is kind, trustworthy, and someone we plan to continue to keep in our lives as a nanny and as someone we love and appreciate. Our kids regularly talk about her and ask when she is coming back.

Emily is incredibly responsive and super helpful.  She helped me find a pet sitter that I absolutely adore.  She also helped me find a babysitter, even when she was busy.  I would recommend hiring her without reservation.

Emily was absolutely amazing! I am a first time
Mom and has never anyone watch my daughter other than my mother and mother-in-law. I was extremely nervous to have someone watch her in in our hotel. We were visiting from another state. Emily was so professional and made me feel so comfortable. She helped me get my daughter down for bed while I finished getting myself ready to go out for the evening. She sent me frequent updates on how everything was going throughout the evening. (Per request) I would 100% use her again on our next vacation to Orlando.

We are so thankful we found Emily. Our children, 8 and 2, were comfortable with her immediately. My husband and I felt at ease with her watching them. She texted us updates and she made sure to get our little one in bed as we requested. When we got home she was playing a game with our son and gave us a full run down of their evening. She was so friendly and just absolutely wonderful. Our kids cannot wait for her to come back. Grateful we found a great sitter for kiddos!

It is not easy leaving your kids with a new sitter, and Emily made us feel very comfortable to do so! Our kids loved her immediately and had so much fun with her. Emily is very engaging with the kids and you can tell that she enjoys working with them. Looking forward to hiring her again!

We hired Emily back in summer of 2020. Emily was very dependable and took care of our 2 girls of toddler age at the time. Our two girls enjoyed interacting with Emily. Emily was attentive and followed our requests.

We are visiting Orlando from Arizona. After three long days at the parks we knew that our fourth and final day needed an extra hand. We have two boys (2 and 7). They're not easy kids either. They're hyper, noisy, and excited to be at Disney of course. We hired Emily and did not have a single moment of regret. She was respectful, jumped in where needed, followed our lead while still guiding us through the park she knows so well. She was patient and understanding with both of our strong-willed children. She really jumped right in to our vacation and added a little extra fairy dust. She not only helped our day run smoothly, but also made the kids have even more fun! She brought pins for the 7 year old to trade. She took the 2 year old on rides while we went in bigger rides. She was all-around a great in park sitter. The boys loved her! The seven year old is already asking when we will get to see Emily again. Thanks Emily!

We recently hired Emily, while on vacation. She watched our 5 children (ranging from 3 months-10 years old) several days of our trip, and was wonderful. We brought her along with us during a couple days of activities, and she also watched them one evening so that we could have a date night. Our kids adored her, and she was so proactive and helpful. They keep asking when they will be able to see her again. We were SO lucky to have found Emily, and cannot wait to hire her again!

Emily has watched our son twice now. I haven't worried once with him in her care. She messaged us with brief updates, which I appreciated. I will definitely have her back in the future.

My wife and I are first time parents, and going with a stranger was a bit of a worry. But Emily was very personable, and our LO took her immediately. She was excellent on communication, and following our general guidelines on bedtime and dinner. Honestly, it was such a relief to have such a great babysitter for our LO. We will definitely be hiring her again in the future.

We hired Emily while visiting Orlando so that my husband and I could have a much needed date night to celebrate our anniversary. Emily watched our 3 month old. He was sleeping the few hours we had her stay with him so we could go out to dinner. Emily was very responsive while we were out and made us feel very comfortable. We plan to use her again when we are back in town.
