I feel stimulating activities is one of the best things you can do in caring for others. It stimulates the brain, memory, cognitive skills, and slows the progression of both dementia and Alzheimer. It also builds self esteem and joy. Currently I m working with differently able individuals with an age range from 22- 63. Disabilities range from Down syndrome to Autism to Pika and many others. Our goal is independent living. For some that goal is easily attainable. For others, we teach them new skills and assist them in embracing and building those skills. I am available for in home care, transportation, meals and prep, housekeeping and medication.

Morning duties are focused on getting the kids to school and meal prep .
