Parents tell PCN, "Our ideal nanny is warm, caring, trustworthy, hardworking, flexible, someone who becomes part of the family, enjoys the outdoors, and is hands-on. The family is seeking someone who can get the children ready for school and do school drop off and pick-ups. Then, in the afternoon, pick up the children from school. If they have after-school activities, pick-up would be later, cook dinner, do light housekeeping, grocery shopping, run errands to include not but limited to dry cleaning, and get them to bed. Dad would like someone to play with the children, take them on hikes and adventures outdoors, and stick to a schedule.
