Need help with paperwork at home, mail, filing, bills, organizing.
I would be willing to help organize and pay bills for the person I am caring for. I would develop a plan where each bill is logged into a data base, and each time it is paid I would have the date and the amount paid on the bill.
I have been assisting family and friends with financial organization and bookkeeping help for the last 10 years. I enjoy figuring out the best way to organize based on the person's needs, since no two people are exactly the same. I have worked for small family businesses keeping their accounts as well as assisted large corporations with accounting and filing design and assistance. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions and I'll be happy to help in any way I can. Take care, Lauren
I would post this on the errands section of Care.com

Get as small plastic file drawer. They are very reasonably priced. Put all of your important papers in the file folder with tabs to help find the things you need quicker. I have one on my kitchen counter and it saves my life.

I am open to help the client/ patient out with all her caregiver needs.
Taking a break for now. Do not charge me for June, 2019. You still owe me for 16.00 dollars. I would like a refund.
I'll be more than happy to help you get yourself re-organized if you have not been able to keep up with all of the paperwork that rolls in. We can maintain "old-school" books or mainstream everything to online bill pay.
Label folders and get drawers. Take pictures of what's in your files/drawers and tape it nearby as a label!
Sounds like a great job for someone in early retirement from office work.

You may find a plastic crate with green hanging file folders and manila folders helpful. You can use them for a home made file cabinet, organizing by month and day, or type of bill.

Your profile statement is essential for families reading over your profile. Its a quick glance of who you are and what your looking for. Keep it to the point, simple and not too drawn out. (they will always ask questions if they message or call you) This is a great place to add your contact phone number or email address. After your finished copy and paste it to word or note pad for later reference. I found that mine can change depending on the job I'm applying for. Click save and it will appear each time you apply for a job. Good luck
