I have a B. S. in Child and Family Development and have worked in providing care to individuals for past 10 years. I began as an after-school Program Assistant, have worked as a Substitute and Assistant Preschool Teacher, have worked in group homes for adults with developmental and physical disabilities. I have dealt with children in emergency interim housing, for professionals with physical disabilities and with adults with acute psychiatric distress. I have experience teaching English to Spanish mother tongue individuals and Spanish to English mother tongue individuals. I frequently explore art with those I work with, opportunities with Nature, and am open to cooking with those I work with.
