We were fortunate to have Victoria, our doula/nanny, take care of our 3-month-old baby. From the moment she arrived, we knew we were in good hands. Her warm and friendly personality put us at ease, and her knowledge and experience with babies were evident. She went above and beyond to provide exceptional care to our little one. She was always punctual, reliable, and communicative. She took the time to get to know our baby's routines, likes, and dislikes, and adapted her care accordingly. She was patient and gentle with our little one, and we could tell that our baby felt comfortable and secure in her care. We highly recommend her!
