As a mother of two, I understand the joys and challenges of parenting. I love animals, music, cooking, nature, and meditation, which help me stay calm, present and focused.
My main goal is to support families by helping with their little ones or with their older kids, so parents can rest, recharge, and enjoy quality time with their families.
I'm responsible, caring, and passionate about assisting families through the changes in a baby's early months and years. I use my experience and personalized techniques to find the best solutions together with the parents for challenging moments.
As a doula, I provide care and support during labor, delivery, and postpartum, tailored to each family's needs.

Tania was my birth and postpartum doula. Tania was the most calming presence for me during my labor and helped me work through it. Tania was never pushy about her advice and always respected our decisions when we had to make difficult decisions at the hospital. After we came home with the newborn, you can really see that Tania is really something special with newborns. She has a natural calming presence and our newborn instantly warmed to her. Tania also took great care of me and my husband and taught us so much about how to take care of our baby and ourselves during the most stressful time of our lives. I was so thankful for all her wisdom and all that she has taught us. Now that our baby is a toddler, I feel that we have such a strong foundation with her because Tania was with us every step of the way to teach her great communication, sleeping habits, eating habits, etc. I feel so lucky to have met and hired Tania!

We had Tania as a postpartum doula helping us for the first two months after my baby was born. She has been absolutely loving and caring toward my daughter and helped us pick up skills in baby care as we were first-time parents without any help from our family. Most importantly, she has been respectful and supportive, which has helped us build confidence in parenting mentally. I would highly recommend hiring her as a doula.

We were very lucky to have Tania as the postpartum doula of our family. She started to take care of our baby since the first day we were back from the hospital. I was overwhelmed and exhausted. And she was super supportive and encouraging, which helped me build confidence to be a competent first-time mom. She was also very loving and patient to our newborn whilst respectful to our opinons on how to take care of our baby. We had her mostly as a day doula. She was flexible about the working hours and tried her best to work with our needs most of the time. Would recommmend her to other family that needs help with the newborn. 

Tania was the best doula/night nanny! We interviewed 13 night nanny's and chose her to be our primary.

We had twins who stayed in the NICU for two months. After a month of trying to do night shifts on our own, we realized we wouldn't be able to do it when we had to go back to work.

Tania worked with us as a night nanny Sunday through Thursdays. She started when the boys were two and a half months. She continued as night nanny until she sleep trained them at around seven months. Because of her, our boys are GREAT sleepers. They're two and a half now and still mostly sleep 7pm to 7am.

Because the boys were 10 weeks early, we were worried about weight gain and stomach issues. We asked Tania for recommendations. Tania showed us a few European formulas that are easy to get in the US. We did a combo of my milk and that formula. The boys stopped being gassy. They also grew super chunky. I was so excited to see all the baby blubber!! They were only 3 pounds when they were born, but they were almost 30 pounds by a year old. 

We knew Tania would take care of our boys. We were overwhelmed with gratitude for how well she also took care of me. I had had a very difficult pregnancy, traumatic birth, and roller-coaster NICU experience. My mental health was not great when I met Tania. My body was a mess. 

Tania gave me the love and attention she would have given her own daughter. She tucked me in, brought me tea, and handed me a book. When I needed a good cry, she would hug me. She helped me heal in so many ways and I am forever grateful to her.

Tania took wonderful care of our son and really helped us out during both night and day times. We brought Tania into our home as a nigh doula when our son was about 2 months old. She's so gentle and in tune with the baby, it's amazing to see her work her magic! She's taught us so much about how to care for and 'communicate' with babies, and she's extremely supportive, helping us to feel like we've got this! Would highly recommend Tania if you're first time parents with an infant. She helped us get through the hardest times!

Tania started with us when our daughter was seven months old and has been with us for almost 2 years now. She was a great addition to our family and was especially wonderful when our daughter was younger. She is attentive, kind and patient with everyone. Our neighbors and other parents would frequently tell us how great she is with our daughter and with all children and families she met at outdoor activities.

Tania to the Rescue!!!! We hired her for night doula services when my son was 9 months old. He had always been a good day sleeper (napper) but was consistently waking up 2-3x/night. After two weeks; my son was sleeping through the night (YES - 11 hours straight). She was so gentle and loving, we felt so comfortable with her taking care of our son while we got caught up on MUCH needed sleep. I was really against CIO but we all discussed the plan and agreed on a sleep training program that we all felt comfortable with. I've learned so much from her and will be forever grateful for the help she's given us! She's seriously THE BEST!!!!!!

Tania has been our nanny for the last 7 months. We are unfortunately moving cross-country, but if we could take Tania with us, we absolutely would.

Tania is a wonderful person and has been an excellent nanny on every front. She has taken care of our son since he was four months old. He is now almost a year old. Tania has helped us with everything from sleep training to helping him hit development milestones and making sure that he is trying new foods at the right times. Our son loves Tania, and it's because she cares deeply about his happiness and well-being. He has had incredible care for the last few months, and I hope we get the same level of care in our new city. In addition, Tania has helped us, as busy parents, navigate our careers and parenthood. We would not be where we are today without Tania.

I would hire Tania again a thousand times over, and I strongly recommend her for any nanny position with babies or young children

Tania has been amazing with our little one starting when she's was 1 month until 16 months. She knows all the tips and best practices a new mother needs to take care of a new born. Because of her, I was able to recover from my postpartum phase with ease. She's a true helper! 
Tania took charge of our little one's physical and mental development as well-taught her many things that we otherwise struggled to teach. She brought normalcy back to her lives. She's trustworthy, dependable, and highly positive individual. We'd leave our little one with her for more than 9 hours.

If you don't hire TANIA (as a new mother) you are missing something! I wish her all the best in her future endeavors.

Tania is a dream with both our infant and our toddler. She is incredibly engaging to our toddler - drawing out her shy personality with art and games. Our infant is totally comfortable with Tania and loves sleeping in her arms. We've hired Tania several times and will continue to do so.

We hired Tania to help us with our newborn's first month. We strongly recommend her - she is experienced, reliable and knowledgeable about many areas. She went above and beyond taking care of our child - she helped us with both day and night shifts, adapting to the newborn's schedule, and breastfeeding and milk supply, among other items. Tania coached us through the first month, which meant a smooth and restful transition relative to figuring everything out on our own. She brought positive energy to our home, and is also a great cook!

Tania watched our 6 month old as our family was going through some transitions and we needed some last minute care. We were so lucky to have found her! She is very warm, loving and has a lot of experience with infants. It was wonderful knowing that our baby was in great hands while we were away at work. I would highly recommend Tania if you're in need of care for your little one!

I hired Tania for help with sleep training. She was very helpful and informative about the whole process. She is very knowledgeable about newborns and reassured me about being a new mom. She also went above expectations about ideas for healthy eating as a new mom while breastfeeding. 

Tania worked for me from when my daughter was six weeks old. She is everything you want - caring and loving, responsible and reliable, capable and full of good ideas. Her work helped my daughter, me and our family as a whole to feel supported and looked after. I would highly recommend Tania to any family. 

Tania is a fantastic resource for new mothers and families! Not only does she do a wonderful job watching our 4 month old son (dependable, resourceful, responsible, super loving... everything you want) but she has really worked hard to help our family find balance after the addition of a new child. This has meant basic babysitting, advice on feeding and sleeping heuristics/schedules, night time sleep transitions and most importantly for us - staying overnight to watch our son so we can catch up on our 4 month sleep deficit!  She has a healer's spirit that has really helped me with some anxiety and insomnia issues I have been dealing with  - working with her is like having a wonderful aunt/consultant/cheerleader come and swoop in and make everything better. I was given her info by some friends of mine and told she is like a "super nanny" -- how right they were!
