About Tania

Hi, my name is Tania. I'm a mother/father supporter & helper coach and a doula day or night for 15 yrs. I'm mother of 2 great kids. I love animals, music, cooking, and enjoy nature and meditation. One of my goals is to help families in the beautiful but challenging role of being a parent, to be present in their homes and help them with their little ones so that they can have time and space for themselves to recharge and be more relaxed when they share time and love with their children. I'm responsible, caring, and passionate. I have experience helping families to adjust to the changes that happen in a baby's early months and years. I like to provide different techniques and methods that may help find together the best solution for some challenging moments. As a doula, I like to provide assistance to mothers and the families during the delivery or postpartum period and more, as needed. Please contact me if you have any questions.
