With over 10 years of experience in residential management, I learned that client satisfaction is first priority in any service field. Just as important as client satisfaction is having a sincere desire to want to help others. So to accomplish my desire to help residents, I started a personal concierge service to help residents get groceries and medication. I later added other services such as driving to doctor's appointments. Before long, I was helping several residents who would normally have to stress over simple errands after work and on weekends.
