Tameka nannied for our girls for a short time. We had to end her employment after she went MIA with our girls for almost an hour after they were supposed to be home/her shift should have ended. It was extremely upsetting. Her phone was disconnected, yet she never alerted us of this and took the girls to a large nearby park for the day with, apparently, no method of communication, lost track of time. Serious lack of common sense in this and other aspects of the position/ in caring for the girls.
