Bianca is diligent, energetic (our son LOVES this), flexible, and reliable. If you have experience with nannies, you know how rare these qualities are and you know how difficult it is to be energized for hours. Our son will miss her singing and playing and her infectious energy, and we will too! We know schedule conflicts are difficult but it will definitely make the return visits that much more sweet.
