Robin was the nanny for our infant special needs son from when he was 10 months old to when he was 16 months old. Our son was born 3 months early and developed an oral aversion and has been fed by a surgical tube since coming home from the hospital. Robin was competent and confident in all aspects of care for our son. She was quick to grasp the oral physical therapy that my son needed and was willing and open to learning new skills. In addition, she took initiative and sought out information on my son's disability independently and helped us to broaden our knowledge base as well. Most importantly though is the love and devotion she brought to our son. Coming home from a long day of work always found her playing learning based games of exploration with him and it was obvious that he had been showered with affection during his time with her. We are glad that Robin is still in our son's life and delight in the times she comes to care for him occasionally in the evenings and feel our son is better off for having her in his life. We found in Robin an energetic and devoted person who showered our son with love and affection and who took her role in our special needs son's life very seriously. We highly recommend her.
