About Michaela

Hello my name is Michaela I'm in my first year of college. I'd like families to know that I'm caring, responsible, and genuinely passionate about working with children. I bring creativity, and strong communication . I've had experience working with kids of different ages through babysitting, summer programs, and school settings, which has helped me learn how to connect with children on different levels. I'm great at creating a safe and fun environment where kids feel comfortable, heard, and supported. I enjoy helping with homework, planning hands-on activities, and encouraging positive behavior and emotional growth. I'm also good at staying calm in tough situations and finding solutions that work for both the child and the family. Families can trust that I will treat their children with the same kindness, care, and attention I'd give my own. I take my role seriously and always show up with a positive attitude, ready to create meaningful moments and lasting connections.
