I am a huge believer in communication and learning from not only the kids, but also their parents on what works and doesn't. You are the experts in your family system, but I am always willing to receive feedback and give any insights if warranted. I am CPR-certified and First Aid trained. Katherine is a very punctual, responsible and reliable employee. But what really makes her stand out is how great she is with kids. She's been working part-time at our gymnastics club for well over a year and has become a tremendous asset. Her ability to remain calm and patient in every type of situation the kids threw at her is admirable. She is very good at talking to kids on their level and teaches them things beyond gymnastics every time she's with them. She works well with one or two kids but also is able to manage large groups equally well. Katherine is very friendly and warm with the kids and parents she works with at our club. Her communication with the kids, parents, and me as her employer is impeccable. She never hesitates to ask questions if she's unsure and and at the same time works very well independently with little or no direction. I would absolutely recommend Katherine as a child care provider. She's incredibly reliable, great with kids, and a great communicator.
