About Lauren

I am currently teaching 2nd grade in the Rocklin Unified School District. I am trained and well educated in teaching guided reading, writing skills, social studies, and science. I have years of experience with the 5-8 year age group and have also tutored children for the past 4 summers. I am looking for more students to take on this upcoming summer. Covid hit hard in many different areas of our lives, especially in our child's education leaving many students behind in their academics. I am well trained and skilled in providing intervention and helping students be where they need to be in reading, writing, and math. I am passionate about working with children and teaching them lifelong skills. I love to create relationships with my students and create a fun learning environment for every lesson.
