Hi! I'm Lauren. I have a multiple subject teaching credential and years of experience in teaching and tutoring. I taught 1st & 2nd grade in the Rocklin Unified School District for 5 years and have 8 year of tutoring experience Kindergarten through 8th grade. I am trained and well educated in teaching guided reading, writing skills, social studies, and science. I am currently looking to add a few more students into my schedule. I offer both in person sessions and online sessions. I am well trained and skilled in providing intervention and helping students reach their full potential in reading, writing, and math. I am passionate about working with children and teaching them lifelong skills. I love to create relationships with my students and create a fun learning environment for every lesson. Ms. Lauren is BEYOND amazing. She has been a part of our family for almost a year now and we just love her. She tutors our daughter, who is going into second grade, twice a week with reading skills and reading strategies, writing skills and math. We hit the jack pot when we found her to work with our daughter. Ms. Lauren is timely, knowledgeable, organized, thorough, kind and caring, and truly enjoys spending those two days after school with our daughter.
