About Devin

Hello families! My name is Devin and I am currently on summer break from my job as a paraprofessional for a TK classroom for LBUSD. I have worked for the district for the last 6 years, starting as a recreational aid/manager for a before and after school program, and now as a para. Prior to this, I worked in a childcare program for an all inclusive, worldwide resort. Within 5 years with the company, I moved up to assistant and then manager of the program. Not only was my job fun, but it allowed me to travel and work with kids aged 11 months to 17 years old. I was also lucky enough to work in many different countries with various ethnic backgrounds. I have experience in MANY areas pertaining to kids; sports, theater, music, arts/crafts, outdoor and indoor learning, etc. I have experience as a camp counselor and youth soccer coach as well! I enjoy working with kids and am currently going back to school to finish my degree to become an early education teacher.
