Hi there! My name is Emily, I am 27 years old and absolutely love working with kids. I started off as a babysitter for my neighbors kids when I was in 8th grade, throughout college I worked at a part time nanny and also taught art lessons to kids in Newport Beach. I have graduated from college with my BA In Communications from Cal State Long Beach. After graduation I spent my first year as a college graduate working for Enterprise rent-a-car in their management training program. I am currently looking for a nannying job so that I can have more flexibility to travel. I have the most experience watching children ages 5mo-6 years old, and some experience caring for infants as well. My hobbies include, painting, baking, and being outdoors. We recently hired Emily to look after our son who is 11 months old. She did an amazing job! To start with-- she has a lovely upbeat personality and our son immediately took to her enthusiastic charm. We were so impressed with how much she cared about our son. She was diligent about making sure he didn't bang into anything (he was just learning to walk), making him wear sunscreen outside and helping out in any way she could around the house (folding laundry, doing dishes, sweeping, etc). I would highly recommend Emily.
