Ashley is an amazing person to work with, I use to work at Del Amo Mental Health Hospital with her. Her laugh/smile and strong work ethic made work a lot easier and way more fun, just ask our patients, she won "best/favorite employee" 3 months straight by vote of our patients. Her strong work ethic didn't only include doing her job well but her compassion that she put into getting to know every patient no matter their background. She volunteered to do the work with patients that others wouldn't do by being 1:1 with them helping with bathing, feeding, mobility, getting fresh air etc. and never once complained. She made it a point to make her 1:1 feel respected and comfortable.
