Hello! My name's Amanda and I worked as a speech therapist in a home healthcare setting for 2 years with clients ages 4-19 diagnosed with a range of disabilities to include: Autism Spectrum Disorder, Epilepsy, Cerebral Palsy, Sensory Integration Disorder, Motor Speech Disorders (such as Dysarthria and Apraxia of Speech), and other speech and language related deficits. I worked as a clinical speech intern in a specialized Autism public school affiliated program for 3 months. At my internship, I learned valuable ABA skills to help regulate the child's behaviors and emotional responses both effectively and positively. I am so passionate about helping those with special needs and would love to care for your loved one.
