This past summer I had the opportunity to work at a sleep away camp where I was a counselor for young adults with a wide range of disabilities, including developmental and intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, learning differences, and neurological impairments. This experience completely altered my life. I feel as though I have found the passion I have been looking for. I plan to attend graduate school next year and get my masters in Special Education/ ABA.
