I'm looking for a mature, flexible, & reliable nanny for 1 normal 4 yr old child. You must be willing to occasionally overnight in our home, so please consider that when applying. Husband is active duty military and wife an airline pilot so our needs are very unique, therefore flexibility & reliability is important. When we're both on travel at the same time, we need someone who can fill in the gaps with possibly up to 4 consecutive overnights in our home, daycare/pre-k drop off/pickups, activities, and keep him, happy, safe and engaged (rather than giving him an iPad/TV). The next month's schedule is typically known 2 weeks prior. Monthly guaranteed salary paid for your commitment and any "overtime" pay will be as needed since one month we may need you for 4 overnights while the next could be 10. This position is ideal for someone who is committed to our family's schedule (as deployments will occur), willing to be long-term, comfortable with a small dog, water safety. German speaker a bonus (but not required)!
