Hello! My name is Brooke. I have watched and cared for dogs a couple times that were not mine, but I am not super experienced with it yet. I absolutely love animals and am willing to do everything to provide your pet a great experience with you gone, or if you're just needing some extra help! I actually have two cats and a bearded dragon, so I am willing to watch really any kind of animal (mostly prefer cats and dogs of course, but not everyone has just those).

NYU Psychology Graduate / Master's In Counseling Candidate Part To Full-Time Nanny
For my 4 years of high school (Birmingham, AL, 2008-2012), I worked with a family's pre-k (to elementary age) son. The time frame was more prevalent during the fall (every weekend), but also continued throughout the spring and summer months depending on the parents work hours. My senior year (2012), I was caretaker two children, one elementary school aged girl and a preschool aged boy. This lasted approximately a year and was during the weekend. My sophomore year in New York (2013), I was afternoon caretaker for an Italian family. I would pick up their daughter (2nd grade) from school, and we would work on homework at the local library, go to art museums, visit parks, etc. Because English was her second language, we did a lot of work on her reading and comprehension skills, enabling her to stay at the level required for graduating on to 3rd grade. In 2016, I worked in Vienna, Austria, caring 35 hours/week for two children ages 5 and 7. This was my first live-in position.
