Child Care

Responds within an hour
I am a mature and very reliable active woman looking for work with children. In my last position, I took care of a 3-year-old, fed her, read to her, taught her to spell, cooked and tidied up everyday. In my previous job opportunity as a Household Manager and Nanny, I gave my employers more time to be successful at their jobs and have more quality time to spend with their two boys (ages 4 and 6), by picking them up from 2 different schools, homework help, laundry, cooking complete meals and being flexible with my schedule. At the previous employer, I was a Nanny for a 6 and 7-year-old. I have a college degree, have been employed in the corporate world as a Trainer for many years, but have decided to spend the rest of my life doing something that I have a passion for.

Renee (Wanda) has been a blessing for us this last year. She has helped take care of our daughter and also helped us with household stuff. She would keep my daughter engaged either with outside activities or indoor. She is very kind and patient with pleasant demeanor. She would follow all the instructions very well and at the same time has been independent and taken initiative and called maintenance when needed which was extremely helpful. She has been very reliable and flexible. She has stayed extra hours when needed even with short notice. We have relied on her to remind us of grocery items to pick up. She has planned our meals and also cooked for us. She would also clean the floor at the end of work and pick up the toys. I had long hours at work and would always come back to a tidy home. I wish she could continue being our nanny but we are moving out of state.

Fun Outgoing And Very Versatile Mother Of Two Very Successful Grown Children

Responds within a day
After raising 2 very successful children I decided I wanted to work with children. We have social distancing practices in place as we take COVID-19 very seriously! It is only my husband of 29 years and I at home these days and we have limited interaction with others. We have lived in Vestavia Hills for 10 years. I strive to keep a routine in place and I like to teach manners and behavior in a positive way. From babysitting I progressed to daycare. Skills: coaching, choir and drama leader, yoga instructor, swimming instructor and love to instill a love for arts and crafts as well as reading! I love pets. Each week I can have engaging activities planned. I get most of my physical fitness from walking our Standard poodle. I have a clean background report and driving record. I am a graduate from Western Carolina University. I love to read and I'm a lifelong learner.. am seeking 35-40+ hours per week.
