About the job
We're looking for a part-time nanny to support our bright, music-loving 8-year-old on Thursdays and Fridays (start time is flexible). He's minimally-speaking, autistic, and thrives with a caregiver who is present, grounded, encouraging and follows his lead. What we're looking for: -Someone who is child-led and emotionally attuned -Experience with autistic or non-speaking children -Comfortable with limited verbal communication (AAC familiarity is a plus, but not required) -Light tidying after meals and activities -No school help required, but welcome to incorporate learning into creative play We're hoping to find someone who respects his rhythm, enjoys creative play, and truly connects with him.
