About who needs care: Hi! Im 23, queer, and disabled. I have a feeding tube, mobility issues, and I struggle with executive dysfunction (OCD, PTSD, etc.), so Im looking for consistent help with everyday stuffmostly mornings. Things I need help with: - Tube feeding setup + meds (through tube) - Showering/getting ready a few days a week - Meal prep (for my dog tooshes the real boss) - Reminders to eat, hydrate, do basic life tasks - Light cleaning if Im wiped Things I love: - Music, art, sarcastic memes, and talking about how weird the world is - My dog (iconic) - People who are emotionally intelligent but dont baby me Ideal day = chill support where I dont feel rushed, judged, or treated like a broken robot. Lets gooo About the care needs: Im looking for a reliable, emotionally intelligent caregiver (preferably in their 20s30s) whos chill, not squeamish, and actually wants to be a caregivernot just hang out while I struggle. Im disabled, queer, and use a feeding tube, so I need someone whos dependable and can handle real support work with compassion (and ideally some sarcasm). You dont need to be a nurse, but I do need someone who understands this is a caregiving role. I need daily support with tube feeds, meds, basic hygiene (like help with showers), meal prep for my dog, and keeping me on track when executive dysfunction hits.
