About Rebecca

I have worked as a full-time caregiver for children for almost nine years. I have experience working for families with 1 to 4 children, from infants to 13 years old. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education and graduated in June with a Masters in Social Work. I have a love for music, creativity, social-emotional learning, and the arts that I love to share with children. I believe physical activity (preferably outdoors!), well-rounded nutrition, independent play, and having strong caregiver bonds are the foundations for raising a happy and balanced child. I think that it is imperative that parenting strategies are emotionally sensitive and incorporate positive discipline, and I will work together with you to help implement a team parenting approach.
