About Kathleen

Hi! I have over 20 years professional experience working with kids. I have a Masters in Counseling from Northwestern University and a degree in Education as well as a private coaching/counseling practice. I was a classroom teacher for over a decade and continue to work as a social-emotional learning consultant helping to create safe cultures and climates in schools based on love and belonging. I am the founder of the Fingertips Program, a music + SEL school program that inspires kids to find their passion and follow their dreams as well an independent singer/songwriter. My passion for childcare came from growing up as the oldest of five kids, and always working as a nanny in the summers and while teaching. I love working with families who have newborns and small babies as well as older children who enjoy music and the arts.
