About Ana

Hello! My name is Ana and I am an experienced caregiver with over 10 years working as a teacher in a child development center, a private nanny, babysitter, and live-in caregiver for children ages 4 months to 13 years old. I have recently shifted my focus to full family support as a postpartum doula. As your doula I hope to integrate into your family as a third partner to support your vision for your household. I recognize how stressful it can be to bring a new baby home and strive to take as much as I can off your plate. Through conversation and companionship I hope to be a calm and knowledgeable resource as you navigate this life change. My philosophy is inspired by a combination of Resources for Infant Educarers (RIE) and Montessori practices. I believe in play-based education and child-driven curriculum. I love to cook, listen to music, get muddy, and care for my plants. I would be excited to meet you and your child to see if we are a good fit to work together. -Ana
