I am not getting phone verification I have a track phone and you are the only company I am having trouble getting a verification code from.
In order to verify your phone number, you will need to enter in the code we text you. Please remove your phone number in the Text Messages section in Account & Settings and re-add it. Once you receive the text confirmation, enter it in to verify. In order to verify e-mail, you will need to click on the link that was e-mailed to the account on file and that will verify your e-mail.
Call this number to get a care.com live member to help you..Sometimes they will push it through for you. I cant give it to you in # form translate the numbers. TPPAAPD11J Press 3 then 1
Dear poster, Did you call the number? I would like to know how that went. I don't see how to verify my number or email. It only shows that they are not verified. Ugh. Lol. Good luck.
Same here seems like this was a total waste of money I can not figure out how to get verification code nobody is helping me!!!!!
YOU NEED TO GO TO MESSAGES CLICK ON ON ONE OF THE JOBS THAT YOU APPLIED AND IN THAT CONVERSATION CLICK ON THE LEFT CORNER TELEPHONE SIGH AND ACTIVATE TEXT MESSAGES ...AND THATS HOW YOU DO IT. LET ME KNOW IF ANYTHING...ATT NASA
