We aren't the first to show our love for Star Wars in our food, but we ARE the first to garnish ice cream with a Death Star and/or Darth Vader cookie. More details from @eateraustin on our Star Wars Day specials at the link in our bio. #austin #icecream

We’re betting that the name alone will entice kiddos, but Snow Monster is a fabulous ice cream spot in its own right. Snow Monster offers an array of Taiwanese-style snow ice (sort of a mix between shaved ice and ice cream) that is, as their website states, “Fluffy like snow, creamy like ice cream. Yummy like no other.”

We couldn’t agree more!
