Sara was hired on April 29 and worked for us until May 15. During this time she was more than 30 minutes late more than a handful of times and had to cancel 4 times due to not being able to get a ride (one time) or family emergencies (three times). She currently doesn't have her own vehicle. When she was with the children, she was phenomenal and her housekeeping skills are more than adequate. I wish she was as dedicated to being punctual and keeping to our schedule. Perhaps I should have been more wary after she didn't approve my request for a background check.
