I was an RN until my license lapsed while caring for my quadriplegic husband. I have loved being a caregiver ever since and have worked with totally disabled adults. These adults have had lung and brain cancer as well as severe osteoporosis causing multiple fractures. I have performed catheter care, bowel program, respiratory care, transfer and repositioning, bed baths, physical stretching, passive range of motion, dressing, oral hygiene, cooking, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, medication reminders, transportation, making calendar for doctor appointments as well as keeping notes of day to day events. Organizational skills, that's me. I genuinely care for my clients.
