I have a very personal experience with special needs. My sister who is now 30 has cerebral palsy and is total care. She has taught me patience, compassion and unconditional love. She is still living at home. I am very dependable as I know first hand how important it is to rely on care in your home. I also know the importance of following a routine that has been established by those who know the individual the best. I had cared for a gentleman whom had a stroke, for two years. I also cared for an elderly lady last year whom had dementia. I have had very challenging jobs and very quiet jobs. I am very open to new people and ideas and love to learn new things!
