A little about me... Hello! My name is Jennifer. I moved to TN back in 2016. I love working with families of special needs kiddos & their siblings. It's near & dear to my heart as I have a Cousin & Aunt who both have special needs. I've worked in private nannying for the last 10 years & love it! Ive had the privilege of working with some amazing family. I've been with a great family for 3 years who are currently transitioning out of needing a nanny. I have a passion for helping families thrive, moms De-stress and kids living their best lives! I'm very active in my church working and have spent many years with the youth groups. I've spent most of my life working with people who have special needs and kids of all ages. I love being creative and playing! And I really enjoy being outside or in the community exploring. We hired Jen to help care for our son with special needs and our infant daughter. She came to work every single day ahead of her start time with a smile on her face and an eagerness to spend time with our children. She pays attention to details, remembers all instructions, is extremely good at handling our son who has severe mobility impairments, and, most importantly, loves our kids like they're her family. She is also very creative in coming up with fun activities to keep our children engaged, often taking them to the zoo, library, pumpkin patches, petting zoos, the pool, and more. In the three years since we initially hired Jen, she has become a part of our family. We highly, highly recommend her: any family would be so lucky to work with her!
