Growing up I have always had a passion for caring for people who's needs were different than mine. In middle school Special Needs Aide was always on my schedule and my favorite class of the day. I realized then that that's what I wanted to do with my future. If one class brought me so much joy, why would I want to spend the rest of my life doing anything else? I took my passion to high school and fully got involved in the special Ed program there. I have made lasting friendships and learned so much from experiences that I can apply to my future. I see them as some of my best friends and it is such a blessing seeing them develop into the awesome people that they are. I have spent countless hours with them and hope to spend so many more.
