I have 2 years of working as a direct care provider. I worked with special needs kids in the age range of 8 years old to 19 years old. Some had physical disabilities and others it was just mental. I must say that the 2 years I spent caring for these kids were the best 2 years of my life. I loved my job. I loved the families I worked with as well as my clients. This was by far the best job I've ever had. The impact that I made on these kids lives was just absolutely priceless.
