I have a younger brother who is autistic. He is high functioning, but I will work with any spectrum of child. I try to empathize and stay open minded with people and I always am willing to help. I notice the sensitivity output that autism carries. Their senses, routines, learning, and just about everything is at a higher state than most. Nothing will bother me in the journey of learning and helping another. I don't discipline, I discuss through love and understanding. I will try my best to be a role model and protect as if there were my child or sibling.
